Made in Calabria is an idea born and realized in 2016, but has always existed in the hearts of Alessia and Nicola, for the work of their loved ones and for the love for their region of origin, which has been handed down to them for generations.

A family behind Made in Calabria
It all began in 1973 when Nicola and Marisa Parrotta opened Calabria Pork Store.
They began a mission to introduce southern italian specialities in US.
Since childhood, Nicola spent his weekends and summers working at Calabria Pork Store with his father. This inspired him to preserve the tradition of introducing Calabrian excellence to the world.
We consider to be our core values: a cult of work, transparency and honesty. Just as our families have taught us.
