Our Charcutire Board Workshop will provide instruction to class
attendees on the history of charcuterie, prepare a charcuterie board for
attendees to eat and guide attendees on how to make their own charcuterie
boards during this class to take home.
join us to learn the Art of Charcuterie. Go home with your very own gorgeous and tasty meat and cheese board after this educational and super-fun class similar to a sip and paint.
There will be a demonstration on how to make the perfect charcuterie board, picking cheeses, meats, themes, plating, and of course, hands-on FUN!
You will learn how to make and then create your own elegant meat rosettes, craft creative garnishes and learn the art of arranging the board. After instruction, you'll make and take home a beautiful wooden board with selections of your choice as well as recipes, diagrams and more!
