2.2 lb fresh Herring fish
1 chopped garlic clove
5 oz olive oil
Calabrian chilli red peppers
12 bread slices
Clean the herring fishes from spines and turn them into slices that you will wet and let dry.
Heat the oil, add the chopped clove of garlic, the crushed chili red peppers and place the herring fillets.
Adjust with a little salt and cook for about 1h on low heat.
Take the bread slices and spread with the newly created herring mixture.
