8,8 oz of ricotta cheese
8,8 oz of brown sugar
8,8 oz of flour type 00
2 eggs
1,7 oz of melted butter
1 sachet of baking powder
Grated lemon rind
Milk
Bergamot jelly
Powdered sugar
Beat eggs and sugar together until a thick, voluminous batter is created
Add ricotta cheese and lemon peel
Mix and add the slightly cold melted butter
Sift the flour with the baking powder and add a little milk
Preheat the oven, rub butter and flour around and inside of the baking tin, then pour the mixture into it
Bake for about 30 minutes at 350°F
Take the cake out of the oven, and when it is cold, cut it in half and fill it with bergamot jelly
Use a sifter to dust the powdered sugar onto the cake
