The producers follow the growth of the tomatoes with care and love, from the first to the last step, all the way to our tables. 3 pounds of tomatoes are harvested and bottled on the same day to produce each bottle. No preservatives, thickeners or additives, to guarantee the authenticity of the flavour. This is the first Italian tomato sauce with a certification of origin from the University of Calabria, scientifically validating that the tomatoes used in this sauce are 100% grown, harvested and bottled in Calabria.
