Fried eggplant balls are one of the typical spring and summer recipes in Calabria. It's a simple recipe and in Calabria they are prepared with only the ingredients that are available at home.

35,27 black oval eggplant
2 slices stale bread
2 eggs
1 spoon breadcrumb
1 garlic clove

Boil half pot of water
In the meantime, wash and remove the junction of the eggplant, peel and cut them first in slices and then in strips.
