18.9 ounces flour
0.07 ounce instant yeast
28 ounce tomato sauce
fresh basil leaves
2 ounces finely grated Parmesan cheese
12 ounces fresh mozzarella
2 ounces ‘nduja
Extra-virgin olive oil
12.7 ounces water
Add the yeast to the lukewarm water and let it sit for couple of minutes
Place the flour in a large bowl and make a well in the centre
Add the yeast and water and start to mix it together
Add the olive oil and mix together until a rough dough forms
Shape the dough into a nice round ball and place in an oiled bowl
Cover with cling film and leave the dough in a dry warm place for 2-3 hours or until doubled in size
Roll out the pizza dough to fit the tray you are using
Spread the tomato sauce, then top with mozzarella cheese and ‘nduja.
Put the pizza in the oven and bake for 20 minutes or until the cheese is melted
Once baked, top with some grated parmesan
