5 small tomatoes
1 garlic clove
4 spoons of Extra virgin olive oil
7 oz burrata cheese
14 oz spaghetti

In a large pan heat the olive oil together with the garlic clove, as soon as it begins to sizzle add the tomatoes and bruise them on high heat.
As soon as the tomatoes have softened, add salt, turn off the heat and sift the tomatoes with a hand blender until you get a cream.
Put the cream back in the pan, turn on the flame and as soon as it starts to simmer add 'nduja and let melt.
Cook the pasta in salted water, then drain it "al dente" and transfer it to the pan with the cream of tomatoes and nduja, turn on the flame and begin to stir adding the burrata cheese.
